Refunds & Returns

Thank you for shopping with Perfectezone.com, operated by CBB INTERNATIONAL LLC.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


1. Return Policy

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards or downloadable products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items marked “Final Sale”


3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at cbbinternationalllc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you via email that we have received your return.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you received a free shipping promotion, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

If your refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider. If you still haven’t received it, reach out to us at cbbinternationalllc@gmail.com.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or sent in error.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at cbbinternationalllc@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may return it following the policy above.
